Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. We ship to over 200 countries and islands worldwide. You can check the available shipping options for your location by first placing the items in the cart, then using the "Estimate Shipping" tool at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.

Q. How much does it cost to ship my order?
A. We offer various shipping options to various locations, so we recommend our customers to take advantage our shipping calculator available in the Shopping Cart. The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight  and the destination.

Q. How long will my order take to deliver?
A. This depends on a lot of factors including your choice of shipping, your shipping address, whether customs hold your package, the time of the year (holidays), and possibly more. We offer estimated average delivery times quoted by our shipping carriers.

Q. I don't have Paypal. Can I use my credit/debit card to pay for my order?
A. Yes, you can use your credit or debit card to place orders on our store. We use Paypal's secure system to process credit and debit card payment for customers without a Paypal account. Select "Paypal" for your payment method during checkout, and when you are taken to Paypal's payment page, enter your credit/debit card information to complete the transaction even if you don't own a Paypal account.

Q. Can I track my order online?
A. Yes, if tracking information is a high priority for you, please consider using DHL or EMS as they support full tracking for all supported countries. Air Parcel and Registered Mail will offer tracking information up until it is handed to the air carrier, after that point it may or may not support full tracking depending on your destination country's postal policies.

Q. I'm worried about the safety of my package. Which shipping should I choose?
A. If security and safety of your package is your priority, DHL and EMS are the recommended due to their fast and secure delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages during transit, so please consider the value and importance of your order when you choose your shipping option.

Q. How will my goods be packaged?
A. We use a mix of bubble wrap, zip bags, tear-resistant envelops and cardboard boxes depending on the composition/size of the order.

Q. Do you support walk-in shopping?
A. We do not support walk-ins at the moment. If you are in the area, we recommend that our customers take advantage of our affordable domestic express shipping (1-2 business days with tracking) available to anywhere in South Korea.

Q. I received a defective product. What do I do?
A. Please email us through the Contact Us page with a detailed description of the issue with photos/videos if possible within 3 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist you.
